Calvin Klein changes shapes

This month sees the launch of Calvin Klein Eyewear's latest ophthalmic collection, distributed in the UK by Marchon.

The collection consists of new rectangular, oblong and oval shaped frames, made from titanium as well as Italian and Japanese zyl. Model 506 shows how an oval shape has been transformed into an oblong frame by extended endpieces. The titanium style offers slim eyewires, and sculpted temples and frame tips. A sun-clip is available in six colour choices: shiny gold with brown lens, antique blue with grey lens, antique tortoise with grey/green lens, dark silver with grey/green lens, antique copper with brown lens, satin black with grey lens. Two Japanese zyl frames offer a readily-customised fit, says the company, and lift slightly away from the face. Model 632 is a pulled oval women's frame, and model 633 is a unisex bowed rectangle. This year's two-tone colours include cedar-moss, tortoise-straw, and crystal black and coffee. Model 253 (pictured below) is a tapered rectangular frame, in slender eyewire, for men and women. The modern design features an encased spring hinge, and comes with coordinating sun-clips. This style is available in blue steel, brushed palladium, antique tortoise/antique brown, satin black. - For further details, contact Marchon on: 0800 722020.
