Pearce and Blackmore Opticians in Cardiff have started a small charity shop for lightly used and designer frames from suppliers.
The team are selling the frames at reduced prices and will be donating the proceeds at the end of the year to the charity Big Moose which helps homeless people.
Francesca Blackmore who co-owns the practice said: ‘They are priced from just £10, going up to £40 for the higher end designer ones. Each one has a pretty, handmade price tag with a little story about our experiences of each frame, for example - first worn by Francesca the same day Harry and Meghan got married. We advertised them on our Instagram page and three people who were not previously our patients came and bought some.’
