Carl Zeiss Vision offers mobile measurements

Carl Zeiss Vision has bolstered its i.Terminal range of products with the release of i.Terminal Mobile.

The new mobile centration device uses an iPad and is the latest measuring tool for practices looking for the precision, reliability and ease-of-use of the i.Terminal 2, within a faster and more economical device. The app can capture over 20 individualised measurements, such as monocular interpupillary distances, fitting heights, pantoscopic angle, back vertex distance and wrap angle. Measurements are within 20 seconds, resulting in improved visual comfort and quick lens adaption for patients.

i.Terminal Mobile needs no extra accessory for the iPad and can integrate into practice management systems, providing flexible evaluation and review of data across multiple iPads.
