Optical product supplier Centro Style has bolstered its range of children’s ophthalmic frames.

The company said it had carefully designed and manufactured the frames according to physiological needs of a child alongside the aesthetic and wearer demands.

For children aged of 2-5 and 5-8 is the Active Spring range. Constructed from lightweight and strong Grilamid, frames feature specially-designed sprung temples, which are lined with soft touch rubber on the inside.

For babies and very young children (0-3 years), the Active Soft range was said to offer comfort, flexibility and resistance. No hinges or metal parts have been used, which offers extra comfort while maintaining the optical centre position. The frames come complete with the silicone spec holder tube which can be cut to size in order to maintain the best position of the frame.
