
Essilor launched its new customer partnership programme and discussed the current state of the optical market during an online event hosted by broadcaster Clare Balding.
Balding led a panel of Essilor experts in a discussion about the importance of visibility and differentiation, harnessing new trends to drive patients into practices and utilising technology to meet their demands.
Tim Precious, managing director of Essilor, said: ‘With the economy forecast to grow by seven per cent this year, we are already seeing our customers experience a really strong bounce back. We are incredibly positive about the year ahead and our new customer partnership programme forms a critical part of the support we will be providing to ECPs.’
