A new guide for commissioners which explains the LOC company model has been published by LOCSU.
The Commissioners’ Guide to Primary Eyecare Companies outlines the benefits to commissioners of using a company set up by a local optical committee.
‘More and more LOCs are finding that using the LOC company model helps them to win contracts for community eye health services,’ said Katrina Venerus, managing director of LOCSU.
