CooperCompanies reduces greenhouse gas emission

CooperCompanies reduced its greenhouse gas emissions by more than 7% in 2022 because of the large contribution made by its new combined heat and power facility in Puerto Rico.

The parent company of CooperVision published its Environment, Social and Governance Report and detailed that operations in Puerto Rico could significantly reduce its carbon footprint further in the coming years.

Al White, president at CooperCompanies, said the business was committed to working diligently to create a positive impact on the world.

‘In 2022, we continued making great progress and we're proud of the success we've had, and the direction in which we're moving.
