Contact lens manufacturer CooperVision hosted its first one hour Virtual Perspectives CPD learning event on April 24 in the new format of a scientific talk show.
‘Virtual perspectives with Phil and Lyndon’, hosted by professors Philip Morgan and Lyndon Jones, was the first of four online events with appearances from international guest speakers from within the industry.
Morgan and Jones discussed myopia management and treatments, joined by lecturer Siofra Harrington from TU Dublin and Winfred Thijssen, owner of Oogzorg Thijssen Optiek.
Also joining were special guest Dr Dominique Bremond-Gignac, professor of ophthalmology at University Hospital Necker Enfants-malades and Paris V Rene Descartes Sorbonne Paris Cité University.
