Luxury eyewear brands Claire Goldsmith Eyewear and Ørgreen have announced a business and knowledge sharing partnership.
Each company will retain its own brand name and identity, but will benefit from increased strategic behind-the-scenes expertise, said the companies in a joint statement.
Ørgreen, which has purchased 50 per cent of Claire Goldsmith Eyewear and its Oliver Goldsmith sunglasses arm for an undisclosed fee, will take on what was a described as a ‘big brother role,’ sharing industry insights, resources and distribution channels. Claire Goldsmith Eyewear will continue to design its own collections and issue releases in the Oliver Goldsmith sunglasses range.
