Norfolk-based independent Dipple & Conway has added audiology services, including free screening tests for existing patients, hearing assessments and ear wax removal.
Matthew Conway, director at Dipple & Conway, said: ‘The decision to broaden our services to include audiology was made some time ago, but we wanted to get it absolutely right before launching.’
This included the recruitment of someone to lead and ensure the services matched the levels of care provided from the optical side of the business.
Luke Baker joined Dipple & Conway as head of audiology and has over 10 years of experience within the profession, including time running his own company.
‘Our clients have access to the latest hearing aid technology and we can provide them with the nest possible advice to ensure their hearing aids change their life for the better,’ Baker added.
