Four appointments have been announced by Norfolk-based independent Dipple & Conway including the training of two staff members. Maciek Dudkiewicz has qualified as a dispensing optician having originally brought his experience as an optical technician in Poland to the company. Kerrie Easthaugh has now qualified as a clinical assistant after joining Dipple & Conway as a clinical receptionist. The company also named Neil McDonald as practice manager, working across the company’s practices in Norwich, Swaffham and Diss, while optometrist Alison Blake has joined from private eye hospital group Optegra.
