Duncan and Todd has acquired Opticare and Catriona Pearson Opticians in Saltcoats and rebranded the practices as 20 20 Opticians and Hearing Care.
Frances Rus, managing director at Duncan and Todd, said: ‘We already have branches in Ayr and Troon, so this has extended our reach across Ayrshire while allowing us to add our hearing care services for the people of Saltcoats and the surrounding area.’
The two practices have merged and opened on Hamilton Street with optometrist Catriona Pearson continuing to work alongside the team.
‘We look forward to seeing both existing and new customers in the coming months,’ Rus added.
