American ophthalmic diagnostics firm i-Optics has appointed senior ophthalmology executive, Tom Dunlap to its supervisory board.
Dunlap will support the growth of i-Optics and the global commercialisation of Cassini, its diagnostic platform used in refractive-cataract surgey procedures.
Company CEO Jeroen Cammeraat said: ‘Tom brings a wealth of industry expertise, a global network and deep strategic insights into what drives the future of ophthalmology. We are very pleased to have a another great leader join our board, next to long-time board member Stephane Sallmard who as former CEO of UK based Optos, led rapid expansion and a successful IPO in the London Stock Exchange”.
