Essilor has been awarded the 'Customer Service Accreditation Mark' by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and said it was the only UK spectacle lens manufacturer to have achieved the accolade.
Essilor managing director Mike Kirkley, pictured with ICS account director Samantha Starbuck, said: 'Providing world class service to match the products is at the heart of what we do and this award is tangible proof of our commitment to the UK optical market. Essilor is one of only 50 UK companies to have received this accreditation and I'm extremely proud and honoured that Essilor is part of this elite group.'
