EuromcontactA simulation tool kit co-developed by Euromcontact and retail marketing expert Professor Gino Van Ossel was presented to eye care professionals at a seminar organised by Euromcontact in last weekend in Amsterdam.

The tool kit was designed to help ECPs simulate different scenarios and grow their contact lens business by increasing customer loyalty.

A seminar entitled ‘The Loyalty Effect – putting customers at the heart of your practice’ included a presentation by CLO Shelly Bansal and a case study from Denmark. The seminar took place on November 16, with all the day’s presentations to be posted on the Euromcontact website.
