
Optometrist Ahmed Ejaz discussed social mobility and opportunities for young people in eye care with the Prime Minister’s team at Downing Street.
Ejaz, who is CEO of Cambridge Spectacle Co and a former general election candidate for the Conservative Party, talked about his career and experiences, as well as creating equal opportunities in the optical industry.
‘I am thrilled to be able to share my experiences with the Prime Minister’s office at Number 10. We must do all we can to support the optometry industry and our start-up was founded with this mission in mind,’ he said.
