​FDC International recalls two batches of Sodium Cromoglicate

FDC International Ltd has recalled two batches of Sodium Cromoglicate 2% w/v 13.5 ml eye drops through an alert issued by the Medicines and Healthcare products and Regulatory Agency.

The affected batches, GJW6071 and GJW6072, which were first distributed by the company in September 2016 and expire in June 2018, have been recalled as a precautionary measure due to a precipitate observed in the bottles.

All remaining packs of the listed batches should be quarantined and returned: MPW, Quest 90, Quest Park, Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN2 4LT.
