Eyecare Glasgow partners with the Brain Tumour Charity

Eyecare Glasgow is partnering with the Brain Tumour Charity next year, kicking off with the organisation’s two day conference on January 21-22 2024 at the Hilton Hotel, Glasgow.

Lorcan Butler, optical engagement manager at the charity, will deliver CPD at the conference as part of a packed schedule with five CPD tracks, a large exhibition and the Eyecare Awards, supported by XEYEX.

Stuart Wellings, CEO of Eyecare education, said that the charity partnership was a natural fit as Butler had already delivered CPD at the organisation’s roadshows throughout the past year.

Wellings said: ‘I really can't wait for January as the show is packed with fun and education. We're also working with ‘Out Of The Box Optics’ on a new student track to help raise more money for The Brain Tumour Charity.

‘We see the students as the future custodians of our industry so want to get them involved and experience the conference early in their careers to help prepare them for qualified life.’
