Since the pandemic, almost always, the answer is the same: ‘I feel rushed – I really want to have more time with my patients.’ Practices are being stretched to the limit trying to play catch up with patients that couldn’t be seen during the pandemic, and we know that unfortunately, many optometrists are facing the pressure. Often, they want to move away from practice completely or just add some variety to their working week.
