UK charity Fight for Sight’s 28th Annual Golf Day fundraiser has been announced for July 5, inviting optical suppliers, industry professionals, and optical practices to take part.
The charity event will be held at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club, Coventry, where professional golfer Ady Wheatcroft will showcase trick shots.
Meanwhile, Hammer Time Fundraising’s Thomas Rose will auction experiences, such as short breaks and driving experiences, and sponsorship opportunities will be available, with previous sponsors including Topcon and Hoya UK.
The event will contribute to vision loss research, with 2022 showing £6.9m was committed to 118 UK research projects.
