SightCare has announced the finalists for its annual awards ceremony.
Hakim Group practices Eyesite Opticians in Reading and Memory Opticians in Salisbury and Amesbury have been nominated for the Practice Team of the Year Award and Customer Service Excellence Award respectively.
Richard Petrie Optometrists in Derby has also received a nomination for the Customer Service Excellence Award.
Director and managing partner of Memory Opticians, Katie Memory said: ‘To be nominated on a national level is something we’re really proud of, alongside other independent practices like ourselves.’
Head of operations and marketing at Eyesite, Helen Hallett added: ‘Looking after our customers and achieving high levels of customer delight and clinical excellence is key for us, but this can only be achieved with great teamwork.’
