Optometry Scotland appoints a voice for the student community

Optometry Scotland (OS) appointed its first student to the council to create a voice for the student community.
Anil Rach, a fourth-year optometry student at Glasgow Caledonian University, has been selected as the student representative on the Scottish optometry body. Rach was recommended by his University following impressive efforts as student spokesperson for peers on his course.
He said it was an honour to be able to work closely with OS, have input and get access to relay important industry information back to the student community.
