Intraocular surgery and advanced contact lenses were among the topics discussed at the latest meeting of the Federation of Manufacturing Opticians (FMO) at the headquarters of The Vision Care Institute (TVCI) in Wokingham,
Berkshire. 'Looking over the wall to the other side of optics' was the title as attendees heard from consultant ophthalmic surgeon Rob Morris (pictured left) on the advances in laser techniques, cataract and multifocal lens surgery.
