The company, based near Geneva, specialises in 18 carat gold-filled stainless steel and titanium frames. They are available in polished, matt and rhodium-plated finishes and come with a five-year guarantee. New ranges for 1998 are the Onduale and Divinale, which feature detailing on the temples and bridges. Caseco is also now selling spectacle and sunglass frames from French jewellery house Boucheron. These are predominantly a combination of gold and blue, with blue lapis stones on some models and blue end tips. Men's and women's styles are available. The Art Deco-based ophthalmic frames from Deco, now also available with clip-ons, and the Gridiron stainless steel range designed for men with larger features, are now also being carried by Caseco.
