Frosted frames from Mykita

A deliberately unfinished look has been applied to the Acetate Renew material used in the four new Chilled Raw sunglass models launched by Mykita.

The frosted, matt aesthetic has been achieved by stopping the production process before tumbling and polishing the acetate with frames simply sandblasted after being cut instead.

This has created raw edges that appear sharp but still deliver a comfortable wear across the bold, sculptural and chiselled designs.

The rectangular Lome and slimmer Dakar (pictured) models have flat, block fronts with a straight top line and lenses that fit flush to the frame.

Kilender is an oversized square shape and Kiene is a large panto. Darker colour options include black Havana or Galapagos, or lighter options include blonde or clear ash.
