Adidas has added its Climacool technology to its Gazelle running glasses to produce a product that provides steam-free vision in the hottest situations.
The Climacool system works by drawing air in through the front of the frame and washing steam and moisture from the lens.
The frame itself is a sleek, lightweight, flexible wraparound with adjustable bridge and temples, the latter finished with Adidas's traction grip material.
The frame also features a quick-release hinge mechanism that allows the temples to break free under impact or pressure. This protects it from damage and the temples can be reattached with a single click.
The lens is a single shield that is easily interchanged and a wide range of lenses are available for different light conditions. As standard the Gazelle Climacool comes with the high contrast LST Trail silver lens.
Other lens options are clear, orange and grey. Frames are available in indigo/white, white/black, sliver/black, black/grey and scarlet/indigo.
