A new lens cleaning spray concept hopes to boost patient loyalty and frequency of practice visits.
The Glaskar cleaning spray concept sees patients receive a free bottle of natural spray solution when they buy glasses. They are then invited to a free-of-charge refill from the in-practice optic refill bottle.
'Coming back more regularly than the average two-year purchase cycle, gives the practice team the opportunity to maintain customer contact, update patients of regular promotional activity, re-make appointments and generally build practice loyalty while raising brand awareness,' said a spokesperson for the UK distributor Positive Impact.
Both the refill bottle and the spray bottle can be specified with practice branding and are available in a variety of colours.
