New branding and a website were launched to coincide with Glaucoma Awareness Week

Glaucoma UK has been revealed as the new name of the International Glaucoma Association in order to reach more people who have the condition.

New branding and a website were launched to coincide with Glaucoma Awareness Week (June 29 – July 5) and make it easier for people to find resources.

The website is designed for people living with glaucoma and eye care professionals, and a new logo represents the awareness, support and research work of the charity.

Karen Osborn, CEO of Glaucoma UK, said: ‘We wanted to reach more of the people who need our support and crucially, those people who are at highest risk of glaucoma sight loss.’
