GOC consultation in progress

A notice has been sent to GOC members to remind them about the consultation on a change to fitness to practise rules.

Respondents have until April 30 to have their say on whether new case examiners should have the role of reviewing decisions not to refer registrants to the fitness to practise committee, rather than the registrar.

It follows an earlier consultation on a series of changes last year.
