The General Optical Council has issued a warning to its registrants

The General Optical Council has issued a warning to its registrants over unsolicited phones calls from a caller purporting to be from the regulator and trying to obtain personal information.

‘The caller has given the name of Katie and has been calling from a Manchester-based landline number ending 2081,’ said a spokesperson for the GOC.
