Swiss eyewear manufacturer Gotti has won two awards for its Fons sunglasses with 360° 'Spin & Stow' temples. The sunglasses won accolades in both the reddot design and iF Product Design awards.
Gotti Eyewear founder and owner Sven Gotti said: 'Generally it is not easy to launch new features in eyewear technology. So the real challenge was to develop a feature which was not only a decoration but also had a benefit for the person who finally wears the glasses. The 360° rotating mechanism is hidden in the temple and is completely invisible.'
