Haine & Smith develops e-learning training scheme

Haine & Smith Opticians teamed up with independent consultancy 'THE Group' to provide an e-learning training scheme for its 160-strong staff.

The Corsham-based consultancy provides a bespoke website offering employees training programmes in areas of management training, customer service, IT and communications.Over 40 courses will be available to all staff at the Wiltshire-based group's 19 practices, including its head office, IT and Kennet Optical in-house glazing lab.
