Haine & Smith up for business gong

Independent optical practice group Haine & Smith has been nominated for a Business of the Year award.

The group, which has 20 practices across three counties, was recognised by the South West Business & Community Awards board for making an outstanding contribution in the region of Wiltshire.

It will attend an awards ceremony at the Double Tree Hotel in Swindon in January where it hopes to scoop the top prize.

Giles Smith, a partner of the business, said: ‘As you can imagine, these awards are very desirable for any Wiltshire business to be involved in and we look forward to January 18.’
