Highland trek assists the RNIB

Optical Express employees David Bolton and Gordon McAskill last week walked from Fort William to a point located 95 miles outside Glasgow city centre in just three days to raise funds for the RNIB.

The duo averaged 30 miles a day on the West Highland Way to achieve their target. Bolton explained: 'I've worked at Optical Express for three years and over this time I've seen how much we've helped people with vision problems, especially with our growing laser correction procedures. Your eyes are so important and working for a company that specialises as a vision care specialist, I've seen first hand how better vision can change someone's life.'
