Hilco acquires Breitfeld & Schliekert to extend its worldwide reach

Hilco Vision has acquired German optical equipment and frame distributors Breitfeld & Schliekert (B&S) and Lexxoo International. The transactions represent the first add-on acquisitions for Hilco Vision since Blue Point Capital Partners acquired it in May 2014.

Hilco chief executive officer Ross Brownlee said: ‘Hilco Vision has enjoyed a strong presence and reputation in the United States and United Kingdom for many years.
