Hamburg-based company, I Need You, has been acquired by Hilco Vision
Hilco Vision has continued the expansion of its European business with the acquisition of Hamburg-based ready reader producer, I Need You.
The company said the acquisition brought additional capabilities to the business and built on the 2015 purchase of Breitfeld & Schliekert.
Hilco CEO Ross Brownlee explained that the company was ‘truly excited’ to leverage I Need You’s experience and capabilities in providing ‘category leadership’ in the ready reader field.
The I Need You management team will remain unchanged, with additional resources from Hilco’s European leadership team made available.
