Hoya adds new products to lens materials range

Hoya has released a number of new products into its range of lens materials. Eyry is HoyaÕs latest lens material, available in a 1.7 index. It is described as an extremely thin, light and strong reliable lens that is recommended for rimless and supra mounts, including HoyaÕs rimless collection, Pinfeel. The Eyry material is currently available in HoyaÕs latest progressive design, Hoyalux Summit Pro.To complement HoyaÕs recent grey photochromic lens, Sungrey 4, it has launched a new brown colour, Sunbrown 4. This and Sungrey 4 both come in single-vision, Hilux and progressive, Hoyalux GP wide designs. The material gives rapid colour change of up to 80 per cent with a uniform colour from edge to edge, states Hoya.
