A host of prizes are up for grabs including Kenyan safaris, sightseeing trips to Rome and shopping trips to New York, courtesy of Hoya's premium lens sales incentive programme, Vision Success Experience (VSE).
Designed for independents, the programme begins in November, giving customers nine months to start collecting VSE points until the end of July 2011. During selected months practitioners can earn double points, making it easier for them to reach their target prizes.
Paul Jones, Hoya Lens UK regional sales manager, said: 'The concept is to support our customers to dispense more premium products as this then brings very tangible benefits in terms of revenue and patient satisfaction. VSE bases the targets on each individual practice's average sales figures, which makes it much more realistic and achievable than similar schemes.
