Hoya to sponsor European Academy event

Japanese lens company Hoya has been named as the headline sponsor at the European Academy of Optometry and Optics’ (EAOO) annual conference in Budapest next year.

It will also sponsor the clinical skills workshops at the conference, being held from May 14-17, which will be hosted at the Hoya Budapest Faculty and Semmelweis University.

President of EAOO Paul Murphy said: ‘The Academy is delighted to be working with Hoya in presenting our annual meeting in Budapest in 2015. This partnership will help optometrists and opticians in Europe to provide the best quality of vision care for our patients.
