Haag-Streit has announced the winners of its slit lamp imaging competition, which received around 300 entries that were shortlisted to 12 finalists.
The equipment company said the finalists delivered outstanding images and gave the jury a hard job in selecting the overall winner.
Mel Yeneralski from Cambridge University Hospitals was chosen as the first place winner with her image of silicone oil bubbles.
Second place was awarded to John McCormick from Gartnavel General Hospital in Glasgow and third place went to Eve Steffen from Universitätsklinik für Augenheilkunde in Switzerland.
