Two new styles have been added to the Whiz Kids range following an Indian theme and new lower price, said Dunelm Optical.
Squaw is from the Algonquian Indian language of Canada and New England meaning young woman and Cochise is named after the former woodcutter turned Apache Indian chief. Squaw is a full metal frame featuring 'grown up' wide sides and comes in pretty pink, lilac or brown to suit a 43/45 eye. Cochise has the same wide sides and comes in brown, gunmetal or black to suit a 41, 43 and 45 eye.
Two new styles have also been added to GR8 Kids which Dunelm said were cheap enough to compete against high street multiples that give away free frames.
