
Inspecs experienced revenues of $67m in the first quarter of 2021 but said it remained cautious for the rest of the year because of Covid-19’s continued prevalence.
In its trading update for the three months to March 31, 2021, the eyewear company noted its revenue was positive, especially because of lockdowns in the UK, Germany, France and the US.
After acquiring Eschenbach in November, 2020, its integration had started with projects underway and the company highlighted that benefits were already being enjoyed by the enlarged group.
Inspecs said it looked forward to ‘driving further synergies’ and would provide a more detailed update at its final results on June 18, 2021.
