
Inspecs revenue increased by 15.8% at constant exchange rates in 2022 to $145.5m, up from $125.7m in the first half of 2021.
According to unaudited financial results for the first six months of 2022, operating profit grew by $3.4m from $2.5m in H1 2021 to $5.8m in H1 2022.
The company said the Norville factory relocation incurred additional downtime and costs but is now fully operational, including with ‘Labpack’ distribution of complete frame and lens packages underway. Construction for its new factory in Portugal will begin later this year, while the approval of the new Vietnam factory is expected to increase production capacity.
