Fiona Molloy, the UK team member of the Oakley Transitions Ironman Team, became Fiona Bosher on the eve of the latest training camp in Fuerteventura.
Fiona and hubby, Darren, moved their wedding forward by a day so Fiona could take part in the training camp and then integrated their honeymoon with the gruelling week-long cycling camp.
During the week the team received one-on-one training from top coaches and professional athletes and heard lectures on a range of topics from mental training to bike aerodynamics and sports nutrition.
The team is made up of seven optician athletes from around Europe and one from South Africa. Bosher is representing the UK profession. The seven will take part in the Monaco Ironman 70.3 this September
