Improvements include removing the £2.50 surcharge from all 1-Day Acuvue orders of less than four boxes, consolidating orders overnight and extending the daily cut off time to 5.30pm. Customers will now receive one daily parcel regardless of the number of orders placed, reducing reconciliation time in practices, shipping costs and waste.

J&J said these changes would ensure orders were delivered in two working days with the option of a next day delivery service for a small extra cost. A new website will also enable customers to make orders quickly, securely and accurately online, the company added.
