Johnson & Johnson Vision Care has extended the Acuvue Oasys range which the company said added an additional 40 per cent of toric parameters and made the Oasys range suitable for 98 per cent of patients.
The Acuvue Oasys line-up uses Hydraclear Plus technology with an accelerated stabilisation design and offered offer class 1 UV-blocking – said to be the highest UV-blocking of all reusable contact lenses.
The range now comprises sphere powers from +6.00D to -9.00D, 0.75, -1.25, -1.75, -2.25 cylinder powers, and 18 axes in 10 degree steps.
