Johnson & Johnson celebrates fitting events

Around 900 eye care professionals attended Johnson & Johnson Vision Care’s CET accredited ‘Are you fitting comfortably?’ roadshows at eight venues across the UK and Ireland.

Over 99 per cent of attendees rated them as ‘excellent’ to ‘very good’ and nearly 90 per cent of participants said their confidence in fitting contact lenses had increased after the events.

The contact lens company reported that the first London event was filled within a week of advertising and a second series was mounted to cope with demand.

The multi-centre one-day free educational events were designed to bring first class education to a large number of professionals by examining key factors leading to successful contact lens fitting and attendees were awarded eight CET points.
