Johnson & Johnson Vision Care has launched a ‘fast and user-friendly’ online ordering service for eye care professionals, with free postage and packaging.

The launch follows the international eye care company’s re-evaluation and improvement of its customer service offering. Customers can visit www.ecp.acuvue.co.uk to order Acuvue brand contact lenses 24 hours a day with products delivered to their door within 48 hours.

They can also request products individually or through a ‘quick sheet’ process, which J&J said is ideal for stock ordering, enabling customers to order more than one Acuvue product for more than one patient.

The company said the newly constructed online ordering process is designed to demonstrate J&J’s commitment to eye care professionals while offering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Rob Hollin, J&J Vision Care managing director for Northern Europe, commented: ‘J&J is delighted to announce the launch and hopes customers will benefit from the fast user-friendly system. We are pleased to upgrade our processes in order to improve customer satisfaction which we anticipate will also result in increased patient satisfaction.’

Once online orders are placed J&J said it will continue to provide customer service with reporting functionality. Customers can view and download a full report of orders placed in the last seven days. A dedicated customer service support team is also on hand to handle any additional enquiries.
