Laser update in North West

Practitioners in the north west interested in co-management of refractive surgery are being encouraged to attend a workshop at a new clinic next month.

Ophthalmic surgeon Deepak Chitkara will lead the evening session at Manchester's Viewpoint Vision Services outlet.

Chitkara said: 'With the growth in popularity of laser eye surgery we recognise that it is important for eye care practitioners to keep up to speed with the latest new technology and developments, while receiving CET accreditation points.'

The evening event will take place at the city centre clinic on August 9 at 6:30pm.
