Louis Stone directors announce retirement

Judith and Paul Gaba, co-directors of Louis Stone Optical, have announced their retirement after running the eyewear, case and optical instrument distributor for 42 years.

Founded in 1950, the Cardiff-based company was a distributor for Oculus, Volk and Ishihara supplying to optical practices, hospitals and universities across the world.

Louis Stone said it experienced unprecedented sales in the last quarter of the year but would take final orders until 5pm on December 11.

‘Louis Stone wants to thank all of their loyal customers for their support over the last 73 years,’ the company said.
